Over the past few years, I've had the chance to build things from the ground up — at Avoltra, we're creating an AI-powered platform that helps industrial leaders make smarter energy decisions in real time. Before that, at Manex AI, we built a quality platform that found its way into factories at BMW, Audi, and Siemens. Before that, I learned how to tell compelling stories with data at Adobe and got my first taste of startup chaos during the pandemic at Intrada. Through it all, the best thing was working together with great people — curious minds, late-night ideas, and the shared excitement of making something real together.
